I’m Doug McLaughlin, a Senior User Experience and Product Designer based in northeast Ohio, with a decade of expertise in enhancing digital interactions across healthcare, government, and consumer brands. Since 2013, I’ve led UX projects from concept through production, blending design with functionality to improve user satisfaction and operational efficiency.

My career highlights include spearheading the Broadband Nutrition Label implementation at Lumen Technologies, founding a research department for Klir, and transforming user interfaces for major sports teams and financial institutions. I thrive in roles that blend design, research, and strategy, often leading initiatives to refine user experience and streamline design processes.
